                                                  How we fail successfully

We see many successful people around us.But have we ever wondered what that person might have sacrificed to gain. No one ever see's the journey of a person, a person is judged only by his/her success or failure. When you succeed no one will talk about your determination and dedication. But when you fail people will definetly talk about your aptitude and attitude. If you are still facing the same problems which you were facing years ago, then its the right time to start looking at it from a different perspective.Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results.

There are myriad reasons why we fail. First and foremost is the "Denial of failure". It takes a lot to accept failure. But once we accept it, it becomes easy to learn from the mistake. We have often heard "Failing to plan". But there is no such thing as Fool Proof plan. So prepare yourself for the worst and don't get too attached to your plans. Don't think what people will think about you if you fail. As it will be only you who will go through it, so be mentally strong. Things can go wrong with anyone.

We often fail sometimes as we don't know what we want from life. Think what you need. We can't get everything without loosing something. Many fail because they don't do what they know. Instead they try to work on something about which they have no knowledge. So, Surround yourself with right people, take risk, come out of your comfort zone and don't give up.Giving up is the number one reason people fail. As long as you are actively trying, you have not failed yet. But once you give up, success will not arrive unexpectedly.

Be Calm and remind yourself you are good enough. Don't expect miracle to occur overnight. Get hold of yourself and move ahead. Do not suffer in silence.Get over whatever has happened and move on with your life. Don't stick around with same plan if you fail, Plan out a new plan and work on it.
Our response towards failure determines our success. The fees for learning from failure may seem too high sometimes, but in the long run you will somehow discover it a worthwhile price to pay. If you keep trying every day, surely you will upgrade from “decent” to “good” to “really good” until it becomes something great

                                                         New Year's Resolution

Many people will think, how to make next year better than this year and will probably even make a new year's resolution. They will be trying to change old habits, create new ones, work harder, spend more time with family, earn more money, quit smoking, lose weight, and many more aims that will probably be forgotten before the first month is over.

Unless you are a highly motivated and ambitious person, you will have to continually review your position throughout the year. One big exciting change isn't enough to change our behavior. Creating something new in our life will take effort and positive action on our part.

Last year you did the best you could, you won some and lost some. With your new hindsight, knowledge and skills, you can make this new year better than last. Do you know what was the most valuable thing you gained from last year? It's the ability to think more strategically. No matter whether you felt like you had a successful year or not, you can take the lessons and learn from your our experiences. What worked? What didn't? Did you act too aggressively? Or did you lost opportunities? How can you do better next time? What are the insights you've gained from them? You have made it this far through many other complicated and trying times. Use what you've gained from your life to advance now.

Be unusual this year and make your new year's resolution a living resolution that remains a part of your life for longer than January.Pick one resolution at a time. Make it specific and real. Practice it every day. And every day, you'll be one step closer to making your resolution a reality
It's never too late to start over.Remember, no time is bad for a good deed.  If you weren't happy with yesterday, try something different today. Don't stay stuck. Good luck, and here's to a prosperous 2015!!
